What can I see in employee's profile?
By clicking on a specific employee, you can see that employee's personal information, employment details, compensation details, leave record, expenses and documents.
Personal Information
Items like full name, nationality, residence status, and contact information.
Employment details
Information such as employee start date, job title, country of hire, work permit status (if expat worker), work location, and a copy of the JD, as well as information regarding compensation and benefits.
Compensation details
Information such as annual gross salary and allowances.
Leave Record
All annual leave / sick days remaining, as well as details regarding previous leave requests. You may also review and process pending requests directly on the platform.
Expenses
Expenses reports added by the the employee. You may also submit expenses report on behalf of the employee when necessary. All expenses reports submitted here will be approved automatically.
Documents
Any documents shared between your company and the employee, including employment agreements and amendments and monthly pay slips. These documents can be viewed on the platform and exported.
