Customize team members access to Time Tracking

As an employer, you can access specific settings to customize the Time Tracking feature according to your company’s and country’s needs. The available configurations for Admins can be accessed via Settings > Time Tracking. On this screen a table with all the team members and their current accesses are shown and can be editable clicking on the button “Edit”.  


 

After clicking on the "Edit", the employers will see a component which allows them to go to the individual team member settings. 





  • Manage team member access: Control which employees have access to the Timesheets feature.  

  • Must be aligned with the team member’s country regulations, so, if the country requires time tracking the only possible value on this setting is “Mandatory”. If it is not a legal requirement on the team member's country, the access can be “Optional” or even removed (“No Access”).  

  • Submission Logic: Choose between Single or Multiple submissions:
    • Single Submission: Allows the employee to submit the timesheet only once, at the end of the month. 
    • Multiple Submissions: Allows the employee to make multiple submissions on a timesheet throughout the month. It will require multiple approvals for each submission.
