How is Overtime Pay calculated in Argentina?

In Argentina, the legal workweek is 48 hours, and any hours worked beyond this are considered overtime. Overtime pay is calculated with specific premiums based on when the overtime work is performed:

  • Regular Weekdays: Overtime is paid at a 50% premium.
  • Saturdays After 1 PM, Sundays, and Public Holidays: Overtime is paid at a 100% premium.
