How are annual leaves regulated in Singapore?

In Singapore, annual leave is regulated under the Employment Act.

Employees who have worked for at least three months are entitled to paid annual leave.
The minimum leave entitlement starts at seven days for the first year of service and increases by one day each subsequent year up to a maximum of 14 days.

Some employers may offer more generous leave benefits as part of the employment contract or through collective agreements.
