What ss the structure of Personal Income Tax in Armenia?

In Armenia, personal income tax (PIT) is structured based on residency. Residents are taxed on their worldwide income, while non-residents are taxed only on Armenian-source income. The unified income tax rate is generally 20% on most income, but there are specific rates for other types of income, such as 10% on royalties and 5% on dividends. Tax on income from property sales or leases also varies. Tax agents typically withhold taxes at source for certain payments.
