Can Horizons facilitate granting ESOP to employees hired in Latvia?
No, Horizons cannot facilitate the granting of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) to employees hired in Latvia.
Due to local legal and regulatory restrictions, ESOP schemes cannot be administered through Horizons’ Employer of Record services in Latvia. This limitation means that employees contracted via Horizons in Latvia are not eligible to participate in ESOP programs managed or offered by our clients.
