How do I complete my Onboarding?

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Your Onboarding page is your personal dashboard for everything related to starting your new role. Its divided into three main tabs: Hiring ProgressHiring Information, and Contract. 

Hiring Progress

This tab is the central hub for tracking and completing essential steps in the onboarding process. It's where you will find pending actions, a visual overview of the hiring timeline, and quick access to help resources.

  • My Tasks: This section highlights any outstanding actions you need to take. The most common task is Submit Personal Information, where you must your contact info and identification. Once completed, the task will be marked as done.
  • Progress: This gives you a comprehensive view of the entire hiring workflow. Its includes steps managed by your employer, you as an employee and Horizons. It's presented as a step-by-step timeline, showing what's done, what's in progress, and what's next. 
  • Frequent Questions: This area lists common questions related to onboarding, with a quick link to our help center.


Hiring Information

Once you submitted your personal details, this tab becomes a go-to spot for reviewing anytime.

  • Personal Info Review: After submitting the onboarding form, your entered details (e.g., name, address, emergency contacts, tax info) will appear here. 




Contract

This tab handles contract-related activities, from review to sign. 

  • Review Contract: View the full employment agreement.
  • Sign Contract: You can sign your contract here. This feature is only available in countries where the automated employment agreement is enabled. 
  • Download Contract: Download a copy of the contract in PDF format.
